Shipping & Delivery Policy
At {{store_name}}, every item is made to order. This means we start creating your items specifically for you once your order is placed. To calculate when you will receive your order, please note that Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
1. Production Time (3 - 6 Business Days)
Our production facilities operate continuously to get your items ready as quickly as possible. Production time varies slightly depending on the type of product you order:
Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts): Typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
Accessories (Mugs, Hats, Phone Cases, etc.): Typically takes 2 to 6 business days.
Note: If your order contains a mix of apparel and accessories, it may be shipped together in one package, taking the longer production timeframe. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Zones & Estimated Transit Times
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped. We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and select countries in the European Union. Transit times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
United States:
Standard Shipping: 8 - 14 Business Days
Fast Shipping: 3 - 7 Business Days
United Kingdom:
UK Standard Shipping: 7 - 12 Business Days
UK Fast Shipping: 3 - 7 Business Days
Canada:
Canada Shipping: 14 - 18 Business Days
European Union (Select Countries):
EU Shipping: 15 - 20 Business Days
(Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days. Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order).
3. Tracking Your Order
Once you receive your tracking number, it may take 24-48 hours for the carrier's database to update. If your tracking link shows no information immediately, please do not worry—your package is already in transit.
4. Delayed Packages
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays can happen due to high shipping volumes (especially during holidays), severe weather, or carrier logistics.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, or if your package has exceeded the estimated delivery window, please email us first at {{store_email}} before taking any other action.
Our support team will immediately investigate the issue directly with the shipping carrier to provide you with an update or a solution.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are strictly responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to the wrong address, lost, or returned to sender due to inaccurate information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at {{store_email}} immediately. Once an order enters the production phase, we cannot change the shipping address.
